The Gauteng Partnership Fund (GPF) participated in the 2025 South African Property Owners Association (SAPOA) Annual Convention, held from 30 September to 2 October at Sun City.
The convention, regarded as the country’s leading platform for property professionals, brought together developers, investors, policymakers, and financial institutions to engage on key issues shaping South Africa’s property landscape.

Represented by members of its Board and management team, the GPF used the opportunity to engage with industry leaders, explore new partnerships, and share insights on promoting sustainable property investment in Gauteng.
Over the three-day event, discussions focused on innovation in property development, financing mechanisms, and inclusive urban growth. The Fund reaffirmed its commitment to supporting developments that contribute to economic growth and improved access to affordable housing.
“The SAPOA Convention continues to serve as an important space for collaboration and knowledge exchange,” the GPF said in a statement. “Our participation underscores GPF’s ongoing role in driving partnerships that enable a more inclusive and sustainable property sector.”
The GPF’s presence at SAPOA 2025 further highlighted its strategic focus on leveraging partnerships to unlock investment opportunities and strengthen Gauteng’s position as a leading hub for property development.
